Colour energy healing, also known as chromotherapy or colour therapy, is an alternative medicine practice that uses colour to balance a person's energy levels. Chromotherapists believe that each colour has a unique frequency and wavelength that can impact the body and mind differently. They use this knowledge to try to improve a person's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. 
Chromotherapists believe that different colours can have different effects on the body.
Claire uses colour energy healing by surrounding a person through her third eye in a specific colour of light. She may also suggest incorporating colour into everyday life through clothing, paint, and lighting.
